What forms of payment does Miami Tiki Huts accept?

Do I need a permit to build a Tiki Hut in my backyard?
It depends on where you live. Some areas will require a permit, while others will not.
Does Miami Tiki Hut use cypress logs?
Cypress wood is available upon special request, but Cypress logs are not recommended because of the cost & short lifespan; Cypress Tikis rot very quickly – in as little as 2-3 years. Miami Tiki Huts prefers to build tiki huts with Pressure Treated Timber which can last for around 15-20 years.
How long does a thatched roof last?
Thatched roofing usually lasts about 5-6 years before needing a rethatch. Sunny Florida’s sunlight, wind, and your roof’s pitch, all factor into the life of the Tiki Hut.
What do you mean by Rethatch?
Re-thatching is basically what we do when we attach new palm fronds to your Tiki Hut. When your Tiki Hut needs a new roof, we remove the old palm fronds, prepare the surface, and inspect the frame; before replacing with fresh new green sable palm thatch.
What kind of leaves does Miami Tiki Huts use when Building Tiki Huts?
At Miami Tiki Huts, we use Sable Palm.
